Why Does Dad Say Bad Words To That Tree?

Yes we put up our Christmas tree yesterday. Its a bit on the small/anorexic/missile-like side but what are you going to do? It looked much bigger at Crappy Tire. Ellas pretty intrigued with it but her favourite item to stare at is.... her Dad! Nah, actually its a little IKEA clock. We cant figure out why but man she really loves that clock.

Another exciting thing for Ella this weekend was that her Mum bought her a 'Bumbo' chair. As you can see in the pics Ella is a fan. She now sits on the table watching while we eat dinner. And drools. I can pretty much guarantee its not Pops cooking that is making her drool so she must be waiting for Le Boob Latte. We bought this chair on a reco from a guy at work and they really are cool. Although Ella's neck is getting strong she still looks a bit drunk at times sitting there. Its funny.

This afternoon we went to a party put on by the Midwives of Halton at the Oakville Library. It was hot and there were 5000 strollers just outside the room. Seriously, they shoudl have put a little parking attendant dude out there to charge for the parking. It was cool to see al the babies and toddlers though. Most of the parents we met instantly admitted that their child was "not half as cute or intelligent as your baby". That might be a bit of a stretch. I was stuffing my face when I thought I heard someone across the room say that.

Ella's asked me to post her Xmas Wish List here in case her letter doesnt get to Santa. Here it is:
