Guest Blogger: Mama

Well Simon has been very busy with work and I like everyone else have been waiting for a post. So I have taken matters into my own hands and am blogging for the first time.

We have been very busy getting ready for Santa Claus. Ella gets Christmas this year and I am reliving my childhood with all her excitement. Wow, I am having a blast! We listen to Christmas music all day, have read our Christmas books over and over and over again....and every day Ella asks "Mama can we open our presents yet?" So since I am horrible with surprises I did let her open one of them - thanks Uncle Pete and Aunt Steph, we love the outfits!!! Christmas wouldn't be complete without a visit to Santa so we did go down to the mall last weekend. Ella was very excited to tell Santa that she would like a PINK dress, not a blue dress, but definitely PINK. Of course, Cameron was not thrilled to meet Santa and but that was no big surprise and I don't think he took it too personally. We did get a priceless shot of Cameron wailing as Ella looked on annoyed.

These are some pics from the last month, we had a great visit from Grandad and Ella is showing off her first picture. You can actually see a face, needless to say we were very impressed.
