No Teeth, No Chocolate.

Ella, Christine and I drove to Ottawa for Ella's first Easter. I have to say I felt bad for her not being able to eat any chocolate. Not even chocolate milk. Easter really should be kept secret from all babies so they dont realize later in life that they missed out on some prime chocolate eating time. I ate some for her though.

It was great for Ella to meet my Grand Maman, who made the long trip from the Eastern Townships in Quebec to be with us. In Quebec they do it right. Chocolate isnt even sweet enough - they eat maple syrup, maple sugar and other maple products 4 times a day. Its like a religion. My Grand Maman is great - hilarious and a real spark plug. Ella liked her a lot.

My Mom and Alan had a huge dinner for Easter (even though Alan's still recovering from a hernia operation – way to go Alan). It was delish as usual.

Ellas 'Cuz' Delilah was there and she just loves Ella. They hung out and talked about clothes and hair and stuff. Ella got some great duds from Eva, Delilah and Michael.
