Cottaging and Putting Everything In My Mouth

So as well as crawling, Ella is teething and puts everything in her mouth. Some notable things include: the TV stand, Bob the cat's toy mouse that he chews on, a dog we saw at her day care providers, and my foot. She didnt get my foot in her mouth or I'd take her for tetanus shots asap. Poor thing.

We've been loving the good weather and last weekend we went up to the cottage for the weekend. Part of the plan was a surprise birthday party for J ROC at Mike's families cottage. It was a lot of fun. Beautiful place on a lake somewhere in Ontario. Andrew and I would have cleaned up at horseshoes but I had to leave and take Ella the Exhausted back to the Kirkland's cottage to sleep. We had some real talent on display in dismantling Mike.

The Kirklands bought Ella a whack of cool toys and one of them is a motorbike. Ella loves it. She spent an hour or so dropping a toy off one side, then bending over to pick it up. She wiped out a few times, but was fine.
