More Summer Photos

For the Queen's Jubilee, she and her (barely known) twin sister visited us!

I took the girls to the Royal Botanical Gardens one afternoon and we stopped under some trees for our picnic.

Probably waiting for the FedEx guy to deliver a new piece of clothing for Mama. Sigh.

Cameron attempting to smack one of Ontario's famous carnivorous chipmunks.

Digging for oil. I hear there's some profit in that stuff.

The girls return from the dollar store after spending their savings. For some reason Cameron decided on a Michael Jackson hat.

On a hike around Pink lake near Ottawa with Grand Maman.

Fire!

The truth behind what happened to the Big O in Montreal. It wasn't shoddy construction that caused it to fall apart after all.

In Montreal with Grandad to watch the Grand Prix.

One of about 600 similar photos I took this summer.

No more training wheels! Ella gets her confidence and now rides on the narrow sidewalk... Cameron was caught up in the Lance Armstrong doping scandal and is banned from the Tour de France this year.

At a museum near the cottage – Cameron made Ella write lines and then erase them all. Tough teacher! Just look at her ice cold stare. Brrrr.

Our friends invited us to the Tim Hortons family day. Cameron was a butterfly...

And Ella chose a skeleton (?).

In Southampton at the lighthouse museum. Ella seems to be ticked off about something… haha.

No idea where I tool this.

The Reptile show! Ella holds a tiny turtle.

Ella holding Bob, the worlds most docile cat.

Cameron holds a rabbit. That probably had a stroke and died. Ok, maybe not, but they sure looked scared. Maybe that's just rabbits? I don't know.

Cameron paddling in Grandad's home made kayak!

This is Cameron practicing to be a lumber jack.

This is fun?

Yes, Papa, fun.

Seriously??

Thanks for taking us on a three hour wheel barrow ride Alan!

Why did you stop Alan? Get up!

Cutie.

Here are the girls with their Cuz Delilah and Aunt Eva (Ubby Abba) outside Eva's fab new store in Old Chelsea. I think the scooter was stolen.

Shot Number 437 of the girls swimming.

Once again, Bob the worlds most docile cat.

Cameron gets ready to play some football (soccer).

Here are the girls with Grandad just before their first ever mini putt game near the cottage. They enjoyed about 3 holes before wanting ice cream.

Ella. So pretty.

Me: "After you finish the dishes you need to wash my car!" Ella: "What??? Can I eat breakfast first?"

Ella turns 6 and has her first real birthday party.

Ella steals the ball! Go Ella go!

Happy 4th Birthday Cameron! A ladybug bowl from Grand Maman and Alan.

My lovely girls going for a hike with Rudolph and Clarisse.

Swimming shot Number 133.

The girls wearing their brand new Princess costumes – b-day gifts from Grandma and Grandpa.

Cameron turns 4!

No oil in these sands, so I let them play a bit.

At Grandad, Eva, Michael and Delilah's place during the Olympics. Grandad decided we should hold some Olympics of our own. The girls loved it. I cant remember which event this was, but I think it was called "The 500 meter Run around with a Badminton Raquet."

The medal winners!

Swimming in a pool this time.

Cameron, the mini CEO.
